		<description>Honestly, one of the best ways I know can benefit us is if we just stick to it, is walking...there have been many studies that proves exercising for roughly 30mins 3 days week is more potent than drugs like Prozac, you must keep it up for around 6 months before seeing the best effects. Having a positive mental attitude will always help us get over stress, but I know there has to be more to it that will help us actually be able to think positive- chemicals, like happy type chemicals are one thing that will help, and eating better and exercising is what really works for me to keep thinking positively.</description>

		<description>Thank you for nice post. I would also like to add some Ayurvedic herbs, which are as well effective against panic attacs, it is Gotu Kola, Brahmi and especally Arjuna. And yet I want to mention the importance of treatment and prevention in the form of meditation.</description>
