My story below:
Hello Everybody, I put up this page today because I am happy to say I can go anywhere and do anything without feeling anxious at all. But it was not always that way. When I was in my early twenties I suffered from severe panic attacks at least three times per week. I also had irritable bowel syndrome and high blood pressure because of the stress I felt. It was not until I discovered the best treatment for Panic Attacks that my life changed for the better.
When a person new to the ailment undergoes a panic attack, the experience itself can be very frightening. Quite often the person undergoing the attack feels as if he is dying, his mind racing around thinking that he is having a heart attack because his chest tightens and his heart races out of control. Even after having them for a time the mind still thinks the worst will happen.
In some cases, the person’s bowels seem to get agitated, causing them to run to the bathroom every few minutes. In other cases, the legs or arms of the sufferer might stiffen or cramp up, they may sweat profusely and be short of breath, or any combination of these symptoms. These individuals do need to seek help, but sometimes they do not because they feel as if they’re going crazy and do not want anyone else to know. Without help however, the symptoms will often escalate, leaving the person incapable of functioning in his or her daily life.
