Well many anxiety attacks come from exhaustion like overwork or imbalance diet. When people are exhausted they will feel more sensitive and thus higher chance to get panic attack. So getting a good rest and a proper meal might be a good start for treatment.

For a totally simplest and best way to cure panic attack is to be involved in a therapy that offers ways that could help you overcome and eliminate your panic and anxiousness. There are a few programs open to you, programs which are proven to have aided thousands people to suppress their panic and anxiousness.

That's some great advice, It wasn't until I finally decided to open up and talk to my best friend about my problems that I finally found the solution to my answer. She too had experienced panic attacks for most of her life, and like me never wanted to tell anyone. Surprisingly it wasn't therapy that she suggested. She helped me realize that in order to successfully cure my panic attacks that I'd have to take action myself.

Hi Alicia and thanks for you comment.

I agree that it can take time to overcome panic attacks if that is the belief system people are operating from. The work of Byron Katie has shown us that by changing ones belief system one can instantly transform the bodies reaction to past trauma. In my work as a hypnotherapist I have witnessed this to be the case. We are what we believe we are to be.

Hi,

I absolutely agree. Self control is really the first basic step for treating anxiety.
On the other hand, treating anxiety or panicattacks isn't always
a simple process. Some people suffer from panic attacks because they had a trauma during
their life (in a lot of cases, during their childhood).
In this case -but not just in this one- it is highly possible that just self control won't be enough to treat the anxiety.
The lenght of the treating process will depend on the type and the greatness of the suffered trauma.
